I provide off-court legal advice and represent my clients in Court litigation. 

I have practised as a lawyer and in Court for more than ten years, I therefore know both sides. I have gained a wealth of experience in all kinds of litigation, including complex cases in the Commercial Court and the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. My law firm is in Zurich. I am registered with the attorneys’ registry of the Canton of Zurich and I am a member of the Zurich Bar Association ZAV.

When I prepare a case, I ask questions and investigate, e.g. why something was agreed upon this way and not another. Not out of pure curiosity - but because the other party and the court will raise the same questions, and because only this allows to objectively assess the chances.
